Pose is a conceptual brand exploring the relationship between the body and social discipline. As a medium, the chair not only supports the body but also invisibly shapes our behaviours. By presenting chairs with backrest angles gradually changing from 0° to 90°, the project metaphorically reveals how the body continuously adjusts, adapts, and transforms under the influence of different environments and social norms. It invites us to reconsider how seemingly natural bodily behaviours and postures are shaped by invisible social expectations in everyday life.
