Headphone PAUSE Day is a public event that encourages people who regularly rely on headphones to occasionally pause their personal listening and reconnect with the people, places, and everyday sounds around them.
Through an interactive wall, a project publication, and a sound mapping workshop, participants are invited to reflect on their listening habits, explore the evolution and impact of headphone culture, and experience their surroundings through active listening.
The project aims to help participants experience their surroundings through their own senses and build a more authentic connection with the real world.
