beck (b.1999) is an artist exploring the psychic landfill of the internet age. working across painting, installation, and meme-collage, their practice probes the aesthetics of crisis, digital folklore, and post-everything exhaustion. for the graduate show, i present 'the trollcave' as an archive of the Endless Now. this sculptural installation maps how intimacy, boredom, and burnout are reshaped under late capitalism through the lens of zillenial femcel culture and meme pyschogeography. getting in bed with the blurring of boundaries between sincerity and irony, content and collapse, dreams and reality, my work critiques how digital natives metabolize mental illness, genocide, heartbreak, and algorithmic manipulation in a single scroll. come and explore a chaotic mirage of fast food packaging, meme printouts, medication detritus, and critical theory. documenting a hypomanic production cycle spanning hundreds of images, paintings, and posts on the digital archive (@mirrorstage.instapage)
