Murmuration Collective is a literary and arts journal celebrating resistance and unity through diversity. The intention of this project is drawn from the freedom in bird mirgation and murmurations which grace the skies, recognising the impact we have when humanity comes together, as one to make change.
The first edition poetry book "Together we hope" draws upon the power of language, including poems in seven languages from ten poets, all submitted to the project. Exploring themes of hope and resistance through prose and poetry, this journal edition takes one on a journey of protest, people and perspectives united from around the world.
As a dynamic and curious individual, I thrive off collaboration and community in my creative work. As a multidisciplinary designer, I am enthusiastic about conceptual creative thinking which informs refined and unique outcomes in branding, strategy, photography and creative direction. My playful approach to design stems from my dedication to ethics, inspired immensely by people and nature; surfing, climbing and hiking inspire much of my playful creative practice.
