I'm Sophie Almond, an illlustrator from Hull now based in Edinburgh. My work focuses heavily on lineart, with a soft cartoonish line paired with bold contrasting colours and fuzzy textures, created by my favoured printmaking process of risograph. I tend to create work centred around the theme of the everyday and the quoditian, often following threads from this into sports and the gothic. Upon graduation I intend to continue to pursue my established experience in client poster design illustration, alongside personal comic projects.
