'you don't write about me'
'you don't write about me' is a poetry collection with original illustrations accompanying each poem, using reds and blues to convey emotion, atmosphere and narrative. The book is divided into two chapters, 'holding on' and 'letting go', to convey the complex emotions of heartbreak and friendship. The book was made and bound by hand in 2024, using colored pencils and markers to retain texture in the finished pieces
'growing pains'
The second poetry book featured in Olivia's grad show is 'growing pains'. It consists of a poem illustrated with cyanotype and monotype prints inspired by the artists' childhood. The prints and poetry represent fragmented memories, shifting perspectives and the ever-changing nature of familial relationships.
