My graduate collection is inspired by my heritage, blending my parents' careers—my fathers as a pilot and my mothers in fashion, with her strong ties to Indian craftsmanship. I explore the contrast between structured aviation wear and the fluid beauty of Indian textiles. Traveling to India, I studied traditional techniques, fabrics, and colours, incorporating these into my designs. Bias cutting, inspired by Madeleine Vionnet, creates elegant, draped silhouettes that feel both confident and feminine. To enrich the collection, I developed original vibrant prints, along with surface embellishment and embroidery, integrating craftsmanship and textile artistry throughout my work.
