My practice blends irony and absurdity to reinterpret philosophical ideas through storytelling across installations, moving images, and literary texts. Balancing playfulness with depth, my works invite reflection on identity, existence, and the interconnectedness of today’s world shaped by virtuality. Project description
The pigeon serves as a symbolic vessel for exploring belief, with personification and satire woven together to highlight the absurd tension between faith and ownership. Through visual and interactive fragments, the work creates immersive installations that invite viewers to engage with playful skepticism. Drawing on Donna Haraway’s ideas in Staying with the Trouble, the project stages encounters between pigeons and humans that challenge human-centred viewpoints and draw attention to the complex relationships and entanglements between species.
Interactive installation
Presented as an interactive installation, the work invites the audience to actively engage with its elements through touch, movement, and sensory play. Viewers press buttons, trigger mechanical responses, and experience shifting visual and tactile effects, transforming them from passive onlookers into participants within the unfolding narrative.
