Blending a strong inclination towards an instinctual approach to my work with intellect, my approach to painting marries a natural, impulsive drive with an extensive researched perspective, research based on books and online lectures, help form the paintings subject matter. This dual methodology is particularly evident in my larger narrative works, where I strive to create a cohesive and relatable story that feels both imaginative and grounded in reality of real historical events that interests and fascinate me.
