This collection is born from my personal experiences of panic disorders that resulted in nightmares and sleeping paralysis. The designs are developed from what I see and feel in my nightmares and between the state of awake and asleep. Through research into surrealist artworks and Freud's theories on dream interpretation, the aesthetics of the collection is deeply influenced by surrealism employing motifs such as dripping faces and animal skin patterns. They are served as visual symbols laden with meaning that offer glimpses into the deepest fears and desires.
