Medea by Euripides
Medea follows the destruction of a family, with tragedy spilling out to affect everyone they touch. In this production they are mirrored by the house they live in, that is falling apart around them. The whole production takes place in an abandoned warehouse where the audience are seated on vintage furniture to watch the way it all becomes rubble.
Stardust by Neil Gaiman
Stardust follows 17-year-old Tristran Thorn's journey through Faerie with a fallen star. On their way they find friends, make enemies, and fall in love. This production transports the story to the 1990s, and uses the language of subculture alongside genderblind casting to create a queer coming-of-age story that focuses on finding your own place in the world, even if that involves outrunning witches that want to rip out your heart.
